Our website only requests your personal data for the following purposes:

Rules on personal data

INFINTAX attaches great importance to your privacy. This means that we use your data for the provision of services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Share this data only if this is necessary for the provision of our service or if we are legally obliged to do so. Of course, we also have a commercial interest, but we comply with the applicable privacy legislation.

What are personal data?

If you visit our website or want to use our services, we process various data about you. This may be company data, but also personal data. Personal data is any information that can be traced back to a natural person.

What data do we process about you?

We only collect data that you yourself provide to us or that we receive, whether or not after acceptance. You are not (legally) obliged to provide your personal data. If you wish to make use of our services, we will need the requested data. We take care not to ask for more information from you than we need.

    If you contact us, we will save your contact details. This concerns general contact details, such as your name, your telephone number and/or your e-mail address. We use this information to contact you and to further communicate with you.
  • Newsletter
    If you wish to be kept informed of our services, you can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. We will ask for your e-mail address. We are working with a double opt-in. This means that you will receive a confirmation email to the specified email address. Only after you have confirmed your registration will you be added to the mailing list. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can do this by unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of the mail.

Special personal data

We do not process any special personal data, such as data relating to political opinions, religious beliefs or health.

Storage of your personal data

Your personal data will not be kept by our website for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

Your rights with regard to personal data processed by us

  • Right to transferability of data
